Returnable Items

Most of purchases made at Button Eyes Optical can be returned within 5 days after receipt in the mail. Simply e-mail us that you would like to return and we will send the return instructions. After receiving return instructions, you will have another 5 days to send us the eyeglasses.

Eyeglasses and sunglasses must be accompanied by original packaging, all labels, boxes and plastic bags.

Eyeglasses and sunglasses must be new, in original adjustments and original lenses installed.

Non-returnable Items

Prescription eyeglasses can not be returned or refunded. Any issues with prescriptions will be resolved to your satisfaction. Simply e-mail us what the problem is and we will solve it. If we made a mistake we will pay for return shipping and put new lenses in. If mistake is done by you or your doctor, we will replace the lenses at 20% discount as long as the eyeglasses returned to us within 5 days. You would have to pay a full price of second shipping.

Used or worn eyeglasses can not be returned even within the returnable period. 

Discontinued eyeglasses. If your eyeglasses have been discontinued they can not be returned. Most of eyeglasses models on our website are from current collections. If the pair that you have purchased is discontinued, we will notify you before processing the order.
